Scope & inclusions

• Pre inspection and identification of dirt hot-spots. Agreeing on the exact deliverable with the client
• Dry dusting of all surfaces & removal of cobwebs
• Dry vacuuming of all upholstery, sofas, carpets, chairs, curtains, blinds, etc
• Wet wiping with clean cloth of all electrical appliances from outside.
• Deep cleaning of all kitchens, washrooms inclusing tiles, commodes, basins and sinks. 
• Cleaning of all glass panels of doors, windows etc from inside 
• Cleaning of all balconies, terraces , stair cases and interior areas.
• Floor deep cleaning with single disc industrial grade machines. 
• Use of Diversey/Taski & Industrial Grade Chemicals for cleaning

Exclusions-

• No wet shampooing of sofas, carpets or any uphostery
• Walls 
• Ceilings
• False Ceilings
• Emptying of wardrobes, drawers, shelves, etc 
• Please provide a ladder as required 
• Garbage removal
• Paint stain removal. Will be charges extra if needed. 
• Sanitising
• Pest control
• Repair of any area.
