Terms & Conditions

  • Our turnaround time (TAT) for laundry is 48 to 72 hours. After placing your order, Cleanomatics will collect your laundry from your home or designated address within 24 hours.
  • For Dry Cleaning our TAT is 72 to 96 hours. Pick up time would be the same as in the case of Laundry. However, in all the above, Force Majeure Clause would apply. The garments will be delivered on the date & time mentioned on the Pickup Slip.
  • For situations beyond our control (force majeure clause) we can’t be held responsible.
  • All accessories which can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
  • Cleanomatics shall not be held responsible for Color bleeding, shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. However our rider will inform you about the clothes which could bleed Color at the time of pick-up.
  • Cleanomatics shall not be held responsible for inherent weakness or defects in materials (Examine each garments after we receive them at our warehouse and notify if any damage is observed).
  • Cleanomatics shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as: personal belongings, money or any kind of jewellery. 
  • Our delivery exeuctive will try his level best to be at your doorstep at the desired time slot. If due to any circumstance the delivery executive does not reach within the time slot, Cleanomatics shall not be held responsible for any kind of customer claim.
  • You need to count your clothes at the time of pickup and verify it on the pickup slip you will get from our Rider. (In case there is no count given by you separately, Cleanomatics Rider count must be accepted as correct.)
  • Cleanomatics can’t be held responsible for any stain removal. We will try our level best to remove the stains but can’t be held responsible for it.
  • For any loss or damage of garment, the compensation amount shall not be greater than the cost of processing the garments.
  • If customer fails to accept his processed consignment, even after 2 week of delivery date, then Cleanomatics shall not be held responsible
  • Cleanomatics reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 18% for garments/consignment not received by the customer even after 2 weeks of the delivery date.
  • Our service rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any issue with respect to Quality must be reported to us within 24 hours of Delivery of garments.
  • Customer can’t hold back the payments of Cleanomatics at any cost. Even in the case of complaints the payments need to be made first. Payments need to be made according to our invoice either before or immediately on receipt of the processed garment/consignment. In case the payments are not made upon delivery or at the payment terms agreed by Cleanomatics in writing,
  • Complaint redressal process—
    • In case of any complaints, the customer would be required to send an official email to [email protected]
    • The complaint would be duly checked by the Cleanomatics team at their plant with a lead time of seven days.
    • Cleanomatics reserves the right to get back to the customer with the agreed amount of compensation which under no circumstances would exceed the cost of processing the garment/consignment.
  • All legal disputes are subject to Gurugram jurisdiction. In case of any dispute our Legal Counsel Advocate Satpreet Kaur Siledar would communicate with the client on our behalf and act as the official intermediary,
